Driving a project for the Demand Generation team required seamless collaboration across multiple departments. By coordinating efforts with the Brand team, Product Marketing, and a carefully chosen vendor, the initiative successfully combined strategic planning with artistic excellence. From selecting and managing the vendor to overseeing art direction, the project exemplified cross-functional leadership and creative alignment.

Bringing Video Production In-House
After launching with vendor-created videos, the project expanded its reach through in-house production. By leveraging the initial creative direction, the team efficiently scaled additional product video output without compromising quality, enabling faster delivery and greater flexibility to support ongoing campaign needs.

Expanding the Brand
Building on the brand’s foundation, this project brought fresh design assets to life for videos across formats. From concept to creation, the process ensured consistency while pushing creative boundaries to make every video visually engaging and on-brand. The elements in these videos were created for the product campaigns, specifically, and then used as a new options for all future videos.
