In 2019, the first working template for customer films was established, creating a universal standard for vendors across all regions. This framework ensured consistency in storytelling and production quality, enabling over 200 videos to be successfully completed worldwide while maintaining the brand’s vision.

Streamlining Global Production

Before 2019, there was little brand consistency between vendors and regions when it came to telling our customers’ stories.

With a standardized template in place, video production scaled rapidly. The framework allowed teams to efficiently create more content without sacrificing quality, meeting increasing demands.

The template became a litmus test for vendor selection, helping identify partners who could deliver quality work within the guidelines. Only skilled vendors who upheld the brand’s standards remained in the global production roster.
